Consultations

An initial consultation affords an opportunity for us both to discuss any concerns you may have, ask questions and discuss whether counselling  might be helpful to you.

There are many different reasons why clients come into therapy.  Some wish to build self-esteem, become more assertive or grow in confidence whilst others wish to look at difficulties within relationships or work through the grieving cycle.   Seeking help through therapy is a way to assist personal development and does not mean you are weak or failing, but wanting to move forward.

I have received referrals through several previous clients. I am particularly interested in supervising newly qualified counsellors as well as those more experienced.
